Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Letter Sparrow! We are excited to share our handmade watercolors with you. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how we handle orders and shipping.
Processing Time:
- All orders are handmade to order, so please allow 1-5 business days for processing and creating your watercolors.
- If you have a specific deadline, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
- We ship via the carrier you choose and the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
- Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Please note: If you are ordering from outside the U.S., your country may charge additional customs duties or import fees when your package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs. You are responsible for any extra costs which you may be charged.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Typically, it can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, but please note that delays can occur due to customs processes and I cannot do anything about that.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Packaging:
- Our handmade watercolors are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly and protective materials to minimize waste while keeping your items safe during transit.
Shipping Address:
- Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays:
- While we do our best to ship your order in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend tracking your package through the carrier’s website for the latest updates. Once a package has left my hands, I cannot refund orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but please note that once a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for the actions of the shipping carrier. If the tracking number says the package has been delivered, I cannot refund the order.
International Customs & Duties:
- Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival in their country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Since our watercolors are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with photos immediately, and we will gladly resolve the issue.
