These fluorescent colors glow under UV light (or black light). They do not glow in the dark.
This color palette includes 7 fluorescent colors in removable pans, on a magnetic base.
The colors are held in a BLACK mini pocket palette & includes a reusable cloth drawstring pouch.
Palette also features a smooth, white mixing surface on the lid & measures just 2 3/16” by 1 3/4” (55mm by 44mm).
